Dog's Walks to Picaroons

This group walk to Picaroons was a sight to behold!

If you haven't heard of Dog's Walks, I highly suggest you find them on Facebook and join Sandra on a walk. It's an amazing way to learn and bond with your dog. You learn to teach your dog manners along the way, and it's a great chance to get your dog used to new sights, sounds, smells, and environments. The dogs love the enrichment, and you will too! Not to mention, you'll get some exercise in along the way. It's a win-win for you and your dog!

The group walk started at Fredericton's Officer's Square on Queen Street where the whole crew then walked along the banks of the river. The walk then took all the dogs and their people across the Bill Thorp Walking bridge and over to Picaroon's Roundhouse.

What kind of dogs can join in on such a walk? We had big dogs, little dogs, old dogs, young dogs! Dogs of every shape and size and breed that you can imagine.

I can't express how much of a delight it was to see this many dogs, and their wonderful people getting out on a sunny October Saturday morning. This event was a smash hit and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as I did!
